I) What do you have that's new?
Change of every season brings in new available proteins. The items must also meet our expectations. Developing new products is a challenge we get excited about. The bottom line being higher quality products and a higher quality of life for all.

II) What can you send me that's fresh?
We keep some fresh proteins on hand. Because of scarcity and our commitment to the most fresh, it's best to order fresh product the Friday before the week of delivery. Our relationship is between small farms who slaughter only once or twice per week. As always, the sooner we know your fresh needs, the better we are able to serve you.

III) Where is my package?

Good news, Valley game is already tracking your packages. Has FedEx stopped by too early and nobody was around? Well, it’s a good thing you chose Valley Game. We already have your box scheduled for a “same day re-attempt” before you realized what happened. When you partner with Valley Game, we do the leg work when it comes to shipping and deliveries.

IV) When will my order ship?

Order ships on next available business day. Confirmation and notification via email will be sent to you to confirm.
